Community Associations

There are three separate Associations serving residents of Kent Island Estates. Each one has a unique purpose and all three were established for the benefit of the community as a whole.

Kent Island Estates Community Association (KIECA)
A voluntary community association open to all residents and lot owners of Kent Island Estates.

KIE Road Maintenance and Construction Association
All Kent Island Estate property owners are members of the Road Association with mandatory dues of $10/lot/year.

Beach Recreation Association
A private, dues-based organization for the privately owned beaches in Kent Island Estates.
