KIE Community Hall

The Kent Island Estates Community Hall is a great place to gather for all kinds of events and activities. The Hall is owned by KIECA and managed by the KIECA Board of Directors.  Hall rentals provide an important source of revenue for the Association, and provide the community with a reasonably priced location for receptions, parties, reunions and get-togethers. If you are a dues-paying member of KIECA ($25/year), you can rent the Hall for just $100, a great bargain and a great reason to join KIECA!  Hall rentals for non-members are $175.  A $100 refundable deposit is due at time of contract signing.


  • Occupancy is limited to a maximum 74 People.

  • Use of  refrigerator, tables and chairs included: (2) 10' tables and (16) 6' tables.

  • Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the building or on the grounds.

  • Clean-up, room re-set, and trash removal is required.

  • A refundable security/damage deposit of $100 is due in advance. 

  • Hall Rental fee: $175 or $100 for  KIECA dues-paying Members.
